Early in 2015 we began working towards ISO9001 accreditation in order to demonstrate that we are following a common, controlled set of processes and procedures. We achieved our accreditation in October 2015.
Fast forward eighteen months this week we had our surveillance audit in March 2017 which we passed with no non-conformances and no observations.
The next step is to transition to ISO9001: 2015. Our manual, processes and forms are ready in draft form and we intend to transition to the new standard in March 2018. This isn''t a huge change for us as continual service improvement is alredy embedded into our processes and customer satisfaction is key to the service that we deliver.
